After many weeks of hard work and fund raising by members, the bar and social room were complete and ready for use; however there was one problem it lacked the means to provide a comfortable environment during the heat of summer or cold of winter.
Air Ability was asked to provide an energy efficient cooling and heating system that was reliable and economical to run.
A design was agreed which utilised one of the latest highly efficient Mitsubishi Heat Pump heat / cool air conditioning systems. It linked a single external condenser to a pair of internal ceiling cassette fan coils. The solution has not just proven itself adept at providing a cool environment during heat waves, it also quickly heats the function room to a comfortable temperature during the chilly winter months.
